General description

The Society also has two separate stretches of River. Located close to Hever Castle is Polegate Farm this one mile piece of the River Eden holding some huge Chub and large shoals of Bream this stretch of river is better suited towards the roving angler.

• There is an intercom for the gate that secures Polebrook Farm. Mr Scott the farmer has kindly given permission for members to park in his farm yard at the end of the concrete drive by the barns next to the round slurry tower. Alternatively members can park in the nearby lay-by.
